Welcome to the conlang hub

Welcome one and all to the conlang hub. Here, I put every single conlang ive ever undertaken, be they an aborted embryo (Qrûss'ütt), a glorious beast (Jéyûng) or a flower grown out of manure (Garru).
So far, Jéyûng is the most developped of these projects and even has a dedicated grammar sub-site in english.

Bellow are the three major projects ive undertaken.

OK SO THIS PROJECT HAS GROWN WAY BEYOND ANY OTHER CONLANG IVE MADE AND BEYOND THIS GAME
IM LEAVING THIS POST UP FOR POSTERITY BUT DONT TAKE IT AT FACE VALUE AT ALL, GO TO THE GRAMMAR PAGE LINKED BELLOW AND SEE FOR THYSELF

Besides these three major projects, I'm also workin on a very small and simple language for a video game. If you intend on playing it, I advise not to look at the grammar right away and try to figure it out by yourself first.
The language is called Jeyûng and the game is called Combuter.

My thoughts on conlanging, as a linguist and as an artist.

This article is dedicated to my thoughts on conlanging, as a linguist.
I both love and loathe conlanging. That might sound paradoxical or harsh but it's the truth of it. Let me explore both these feelings. I've always loved conlanging and it is only in the past few years that this love has become tainted with hate. Not hate for conlangers, conlangs, or conlanging but rather, how conlanging is, by far, dominated by generativist ideas. Generativism, and in general, Chomsky's views on theoritical linguistics are very unpalatable to me, and the more I grew as a linguist, the more I realised that my every thoughts and practices had been entirely stained by it. This includes my conlanging practices. Moreover, after noticing within my own work, it became quiete obvious that most of modern conlanging is almost impossible to sepparate from generativism and neo-structuralism. From some of the more amateur works to titans like Klingon, Chomsky can be seen. Now, while do not consider myself a fan of Chomsky's work, I do understand it's appeal, and it's theoritical potential. It not the presence of these theories that bother me but rather their omnipresence with conlanging communities.
This is where my loating comes from: my own inhability to concieve of conlanging in any other way that through generativism. While I've tried to depart from it, it is quiete difficult to break now decade old habits. Though, I believe that one of the best steps I've been able to take away from this theoritical paradigm has been to study Tolkien's works. Indeed, while Tolkien was not a linguist per se, his conlangs are, in my opinion, some of the greatest works of conlanging. And, while his theoritical approach wa that of philologist, an approach I also, do not like, his conlanging work seems untainted by the worst of it. Indeed, Tolkien's view of conlangs and languages as a whole, is quiete different than that of Chomsky's or any current day linguist, and much closer to my own view of languages : that languages are a form of art. As such, conlanging is as much a scientific undertaking as it is a poetic undertaking. It might seem quiete obvious, but this realization really changed the way I viewed conlanging and allowed me to gain a renewed love for my own "tainted" works.
Now, I take a Tolkienesque approach to conlanging : putting the aesthetic qualities of my conlangs above their scientific quality, allowing me to, slowly but surely, find new theoritical footings for my conlangs while also, not completly stopping to create.
Jéyûng is the culmination of this approach, and shift in my practices and it's the most fun I've had conlanging in a while, and it shows.
